Practice areas and client work
Arvind is a litigation lawyer with extensive experience in real estate, indirect taxation and commercial taxes. He has been actively practising in the Karnataka High Court since 1994.
 
Previous work
Arvind joined a leading law firm in Bangalore and specialized in the practice of commercial and indirect tax law as well as civil and constitutional litigation. Prior to becoming a partner of ALMT Legal, he was associated with the firm as an Of-Counsel until March 2008.
 
Publications, Presentations, Recognitions
Arvind was a recipient of the British Chevening Scholarship in English & European Community Commercial and Corporate Law under the Young Indian Lawyers Programme of the British Council. He completed a 6 weeks intensive academic course at the College of Law in York comprising of various subjects including International Trade, Commercial Arbitration, Civil Litigation, European Community Law, Negotiation & Drafting Skills, Employment Law, Corporate Finance & Business Acquisition.
 
Arvind was a member and Invitee delegate of the Group Study Exchange Programme of the Rotary International Team for Young Achievers from India which visited the United States of America and Canada. Arvind has been the Assistant Editor in the Karnataka Law Reporting Council for Indian Law Reports (Kar) Edition. He is a guest faculty at the M.S. Ramaiah College of Law which is affiliated to the Bangalore University.

Beyond the law
Arvind loves to trek, camp and play shuttle badminton. Arvind is married to Deepa and has two children, Angad and Deeksha. Angad is a budding cricketer and was a member of an Under-12 Indian cricket team which recently toured Sri Lanka.
