Hitesh is a litigation lawyer with several years of experience with civil, criminal, commercial and constitutional matters. He has advised clients on a range of contentious issues including international corporate commercial transactions, banking and labour matters. He has also advised on real estate transactions, property and intellectually property matters. He has advised pharmaceutical companies as well as several multinationals across various industrials sectors. Hitesh also has experience with sports law and is advising various sports authorities in India. Hitesh has also been involved with arbitration proceedings in India. His practice is currently limited to Indian law exclusively.

Previous work
Hitesh joined a leading Mumbai firm as senior associate and was made partner within a few years for his outstanding contributions. He led several high profile litigation maters appearing in various High Courts throughout India both on the original and appellate side.

Publications, Presentations, Recognitions
Hitesh has been invited as a panelist by major television channels such as CNN, IBN and Star News to debate on various aspects of the law. He is also a guest lecturer at Symbiosis law college and has been a honorary lecturer at the Government Law college.

He has participated in international conferences and accompanied various business delegations overseas speaking on various aspects of Indian law and jurisdiction.

Beyond the law
