Practice areas and client work
Prashant's areas of expertise include property law and litigation. He advises a wide variety of clients on regulatory and legislative matters and has represented several large corporates in high value land conveyancing deals in Bangalore. Prashant also represents corporates and individuals in various dispute resolution forums. His experience includes general commercial transactions, intellectual property law and e-commerce related matters. His practice is currently limited to Indian law exclusively.

Previous work
Prashant was associated with a leading Bangalore based law firm, for a period of seven years, where he was active in the litigation department.

Publications, Presentations, Recognitions
Prashant has been awarded a certificate of recognition by the Leadership Management International, Waco, Texas for effective productivity and has been a participant of a variety of International Seminars on Arbitration and Intellectual Property Rights. He is a Mediator and has participated in workshops on Legal Advisors for Mediation, conducted by LEADR - a reputed organization for Alternate Dispute Resolution. He has further trained to conduct HRD modules for Personality Development, Inter Personal Relations, Effective Productivity and Communication Skills. Prashant is also a member of "Round Table India" which is affiliated to the world council of service clubs.

Beyond the law
