Practice areas and client work

Ryna specializes in corporate commercial transactions, joint ventures, real estate, and advices on general corporate law. Ryna has extensive experience in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and takeovers. She has also advised clients on, intellectual property and employment laws. Her practice is currently limited to Indian law exclusively.
 

Previous work
During her initial years in the practice Ryna gained experience in a variety of fields, including loan and security documentation, project finance, joint ventures and technical collaboration agreements.


Ryna joined a leading firm in Mumbai at the start of her career and was made a partner in 1998, where she continued until joining ALMT Legal.

Beyond the law
