Practice areas and client work
Arun has extensive experience in the technology and IT enabled services sector. Arun specialises in private equity, capital market transactions, overseas offerings, corporate finance and domestic and international mergers & acquisitions. Arun has recently represented several private equity funds, investment advisory firms and issuers in these areas. Practice areas include Indian initial public offerings, real estate investment trusts and intellectual property. His practice is currently limited to Indian law exclusively.

Previous work
Arun worked with Digital GlobalSoft Limited (now Hewlett Packard ISO), India and United Arab Shipping Company (SoAG, Kuwait).

Publications, Presentations, Recognitions
Arun has authored several articles and research papers relating to private equity, venture capital and information technology. He attends seminars & preparatory clinics on laws relating to capital and securities markets and information technology. Arun is a member of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce (Karnataka), Confederation of Indian Industry (Karnataka), Indian Council of Arbitration (New Delhi), Advocates Association and the Bangalore Lawyers Society. He also serves as a Director on the Board of several well-known technology companies.

Beyond the law
Although a teetotaller, Arun has a keen interest in cheese, wines and liquor and loves to cook Italian cuisine. Arun is married to Shama and has 2 children, Aishwarya and Anshuman.
