Seema is experienced advisor for contractual and company law matters. She is also adept in arbitration and corporate mediation. She provides legal advice for various corporate engaged in construction, real estate, infrastructure development, projects on issues relating and specific to the said industry. Her secondary responsibilities include conducting due diligence in several corporate legal matters, and drafting memorandums and articles of association, technical assistance agreements, corporate name / brand license agreements, sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements. She is currently heading the ALMT Delhi office.

Memberships

Seema is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and is licensed to Practice all throughout India. She is a member at the Delhi High Court Bar Association.

• Graduation in B.Com (Hons) from Kanpur University, 1986.
• LL.B. from Kota University, Rajasthan, 2006.
• Successfully completed certificate courses on management & Leadership Skills from International School of Business, (ISB) Hyderabad, 2008

Beyond Law

Seema has organised several fund raising venturess for NGOs like NDTV’s Hope Trust, Mobile Creche, Rotary Vidya Kendra, Deepalaya, Cankids, National Association for the blind, The blind school, madangiri, and Navjyoti. She is an active member of FICCI women organization, FLO. In 2010, she served as President to ‘SPACE’ – Society for Performing Arts and Sciences.
