Statira specialises in private equity transactions, tax, corporate law and information technology. Statira has extensive experience in advising IT and telecommunication companies. Her practice is currently limited to Indian law exclusively.

 

Previous work
During her initial years in practice, Statira gained experience in a variety of fields including: corporate commercial law, intellectual property and information technology law. Statira has also been on the editorial board of a legal newsletter for over 5 years.

Publications, Presentations, Recognitions
Statira has contributed articles to the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation and co-authored a chapter on Recent Developments in Software Tax Characterization in India for Law-In-Context. She has several published articles (in international legal publications) to her credit and has been a panellist at international seminars.

Beyond the law
Statira loves to dance. She started Indian Classical, Western & Latin American dance at a young age and she's never looked back since. Statira also likes to devote time to serve as a trustee of a Public Charitable Trust.
