Practice areas and client work
Vivek is a corporate commercial lawyer and has extensive experience advising on joint ventures, M & A's, company law matters and tax related issues. He has also advised clients on contentious matters and has experience with arbitration and litigation matters in the High Court as well as subordinate courts. His practice is currently limited to Indian law exclusively.

Previous work
Vivek commenced his professional carrier as a paralegal in December 1997 and has worked with two reputed law firms in Mumbai before joining ALMT Legal. He advised on corporate matters as well as project finance transactions.

Publications, Presentations, Recognitions
Vivek is a keen elocutionist and has participated in and won several awards in debates, group discussions and moot courts. He was one of four persons selected as a Team Member of the Group Study Exchange (GSE) Program sponsored by the Rotary International for a period of 5 weeks for the purpose of cultural and professional exchange to the Netherlands in 2004. He has obtained a Diploma in Principles of Computing from Aptech Institute and also a Diploma in Public Speaking from the Nazareth Speakers Academy.

He is a visiting faculty member at G.J. Advani Law College, affiliated to the Mumbai University since 2003.

Beyond the law
